The above matters must be reported to the government procurement supervision and management department at the same level for the record.

Article 17 If the supplier is dissatisfied with the respondent's reply or the respondent fails to make an inquiry reply within the prescribed time limit, he may complain to the finance department at the same level within 15 working days after the reply expires.

Eighteenth in the process of handling questions, involving the following matters, it is strictly prohibited to disclose:

(1) List of suppliers who have received the procurement documents;

(two) the relevant information of experts and evaluation;
