1. Quickly carry out comprehensive scheduling

All construction enterprises should keep abreast of the dynamic adjustment of medium-and high-risk areas in China, urge all construction projects under construction to make statistics on the scheduling of all project personnel, and comprehensively schedule personnel trips through the National Government Affairs Service Center's "peer-to-peer self-inspection" applet and "health code". Focus on the investigation and registration of people living in high-risk areas in China within 14 days, report to the local community in time, and implement measures such as nucleic acid detection and isolation. Strict control measures for new entrants, in principle, do not recruit migrant workers from other provinces.

2. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures

The construction site should set up personnel health monitoring ledger, conduct body temperature test twice every morning and evening, ask about health status, and make records one by one. The dormitory in the living quarters on the construction site should be strictly in accordance with the regulations, control the living density of personnel, and implement the requirements of ventilation and disinfection at least twice a day. Canteen, shower room, toilet and other places should be ventilated and disinfected in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant prevention and control guidelines to ensure environmental hygiene. The canteen on the construction site shall be divided into meals and meals at different times, keep the distance between diners, avoid face-to-face dining, strictly disinfect cookware, kitchenware and tableware, and be equipped with fixed independent tableware if conditions permit. Decentralize regular meetings on site, pre-shift education, technical disclosure and other activities, reduce centralized meetings, choose open and ventilated places when necessary, and keep the distance between people above 1 meter.

3. Strictly implement closed management

The construction site should continue to implement closed management measures. At the entrances and exits of the construction site, living quarters and office areas, special personnel must be responsible for temperature measurement and registration of personnel entering the construction site. Only after checking that the "health code" of the personnel is green can they enter. Those who find the yellow code and the red code should be immediately isolated on the spot and reported quickly. Strictly control the entry of foreign personnel and vehicles into the construction site, and irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited. Construction site personnel don't go out unless necessary, reducing personnel flow. All kinds of personnel on the construction site should not gather, get together or have dinner together, and kitchen staff, logistics service personnel and security personnel should arrange residence separately to reduce the risk of personnel crossing.
