In order to further standardize the school-running behavior of compulsory education, improve the development level of compulsory education in an all-round way, and promote the legalization of the governance system and modernization of the governance capacity of compulsory education schools in the city, Shijiazhuang has since started the establishment of standardized schools for compulsory education management, and issued 263 Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Management Standards for Compulsory Education Schools in Shijiazhuang (for Trial Implementation), which was first carried out in 50 municipal compulsory education schools and major urban areas such as Chang 'an District, qiaoxi district District, Xinhua District, Yuhua District and High-tech Zone.

According to the overall arrangement of Shijiazhuang Municipal Government on accelerating the reform and development of urban and rural compulsory education integration within the county, the Municipal Education Bureau recently organized the evaluation and identification of the first batch of municipal-level compulsory education management standardization schools. On the basis of the self-evaluation suggestions of relevant districts, the Municipal Education Bureau organized relevant experts to conduct spot checks and acceptance of relevant municipal schools and pilot schools in various districts by listening to reports, on-site inspections, interviews with teachers and students, consulting materials, attending classes and questionnaires, and finally determined that 134 School was the first batch of standardized schools for municipal compulsory education management in Shijiazhuang (the list is attached).

Establishing and identifying standardized schools for compulsory education management is an important measure to improve the standardization and institutionalization of compulsory education management, and it is also an important content to accelerate the reform and development of urban and rural compulsory education integration within the county. 20 18 Shijiazhuang will revise and improve the detailed rules for the implementation of the management standards for compulsory education schools in Shijiazhuang according to the latest management standards for compulsory education schools issued by the Ministry of Education. At the same time, the standardized management of compulsory education schools will be expanded to all compulsory education schools in the main city and 50% compulsory education schools in Gaocheng District, Luquan District, Luancheng District and Zhengding County, and the scope of the pilot will be gradually expanded. By carrying out targeted training, strengthening the interpretation and publicity of standards, and giving in-depth and meticulous guidance, the majority of principals and teachers can fully understand the basic requirements and master the spiritual essence; Do a good job in supervision and evaluation, understand the actual effect, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, do one school and one case, judge and rectify according to standards, and realize that the schools in the compulsory education stage of the city basically meet the requirements of national management standards as soon as possible.
