Job Recruitment Website - Job information - What online recruitment scams need to be vigilant?
What online recruitment scams need to be vigilant?
For example, some time ago, the recruitment information of high-speed rail flight attendants published on an information classification website attracted the attention of many job seekers. The recruitment information claims that "the Railway Bureau recruits high-speed train attendants, with two days off and three days off, bonuses and performance pay, and the comprehensive income is 4500-6500 yuan per month ...", and the agency is a labor service company. When job seekers went to apply, they found that the so-called labor service company only put a few computer desks and a sofa in one room, but did not hang the certificates such as the Human Resources Service License and the Tax Registration Certificate that must be obtained to engage in professional intermediary business. Labor service companies charge job seekers hundreds of yuan in the name of deposit, management fee and installation fee. After charging, job seekers wait for news, but there is no following. When the job seeker came to the door again, he found that the so-called labor service company had gone empty.
Such similar operations also include recruiting golf caddies, long-distance drivers, long-distance escorts, KTV waiters and so on. This kind of "black intermediary" itself has no job introduction qualification, and some even have no business registration. It is completely operated by some fraud gangs. Most of them work in an office and a business building in short rent, and then recruit many people who don't have high job requirements in the name of high-paying recruitment. After charging a certain intermediary fee or recruitment fee, they will become "out of thin air". Job seekers not only hope to fail, but also pay intermediary fees.
Scam 2: publishing false information and defrauding job seekers.
Some job seekers saw the recruitment information on the classified information website, saying that the crew of ocean-going freighters were recruited at a high salary, with a monthly salary of 8,000 to 1000 yuan, and their work place was Shanghai. When job seekers apply for a job with a bright vision, it is easy to pass the "interview" and then be transported by the recruitment company to a remote port in Shandong by long-distance bus to become a fisherman on a small fishing boat. The working environment is harsh and harsh, and the salary is far from the original online recruitment information. During this period, shipowners will also charge job seekers "clothing fees", "license fees" and "insurance fees" for various reasons. Once the job seeker fails to comply, the mob will threaten to force the job seeker to submit. Some job seekers can only get a meager salary after working for three to five months, leaving a whole body of pain.
When these job seekers returned to the place where they first attended the interview, the so-called "labor service company" had disappeared. Further investigation by the industrial and commercial registration department found that these so-called "labor service companies" did not apply for industrial and commercial registration at all, and they were out-and-out "black intermediaries" whose purpose was to defraud job seekers with some ship owners.
Trick 3: Confuse legal relations and mislead job seekers.
Some so-called consulting companies or training institutions publish "high-paying recruitment" notices on their websites, and most of the positions are seemingly white-collar positions such as "Assistant to Mobile Internet Product Manager". The recruitment threshold is not high, and ordinary college graduates meet the recruitment requirements. When these college job seekers come to apply for jobs, these companies or training institutions claim to provide professional training on mobile Internet for job seekers, and they can be hired after passing the training. Under the guidance and commitment of the company, some job-seeking college students have signed civil agreements such as internal training agreement, SAP pre-job training agreement and SAP pre-job training supplementary agreement. These agreements make it clear that there is no labor relationship between the company and job seekers, but a simple training relationship. Only after the job seekers have passed the training will the company consider hiring and establish labor relations. These training agreements also require job seekers to bear a large training fee. At this time, if job seekers don't have enough funds, these companies even offered to use loans to help job seekers pay training fees.
When the training began, job seekers found that the so-called "SAP training" on the tall platform was just some simple IT skills training such as web design, and there was not much professional gold content. And it is almost impossible for job seekers to pass the training. Even if they pass the training, the companies that initially claimed to be hired will often disappear without a trace, and the large training fees of job seekers will hit Shui Piao. Some job seekers even inexplicably take on large loans and repay training loans every month.
Scam 4: colluding with the medical examination institution to defraud the "medical examination fee".
Some "black intermediaries" take advantage of job seekers' eagerness to find a job, pretending to give job seekers a written test according to normal recruitment procedures, and then ask job seekers to go to designated medical institutions for physical examination after passing the written test. After the completion of the medical examination, the "black intermediary" openly refused the job seeker on the grounds of "unqualified medical examination" or unqualified interview. The medical examination fee paid by the job seeker is divided equally between the "black intermediary" and the designated medical examination institution.
