The 3p air conditioners used now are all rotary plugs, which are generally sold. If it is not a bare wire, it can be directly connected to the wire. As for the air switch, because the air conditioner is a high-power appliance, please ask the workers to add an air conditioner to you when buying a house. If not, install it where you can reach the socket. You can ask the installer for help. Of course it costs money. If you don't install the air switch, according to the national standard, the installer will not install it for you.
