Recently, the official website of Hunan Provincial Department of Politics and Commerce officially announced the scope and schematic diagram of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

The implementation scope of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone is 1 19.76 square kilometers, covering three areas: Changsha area is 79.98 square kilometers (including Changsha Huanghua Comprehensive Bonded Zone 1.99 square kilometers). Yueyang area 19.94 square kilometers (including 2.07 square kilometers of Yueyang Chenglingji Comprehensive Bonded Zone) and Chenzhou area 19.84 square kilometers (including Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone10.06 square kilometers).

Changsha area: The total area is 79.98 square kilometers (7998.43 hectares).

Four directions: east to the airport connecting line, Feng Long Avenue, Changzhu Expressway, Liudong Line, Dongsi Line and He Chuan Road; South to Zhishi No.3 Road, Zhang Xiang East Road, Labor Road, Qiu Jiang Road, Airport Expressway, Xin 'an Road and Yuanda Road; West to Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, East Second Ring Road, Binhe Road, Dongyi Road, Heping Road, Changzhu Expressway, Chatang Road and Sanyuan Road; North to Changfeng Road, Liangtang Road, Sanyi Avenue, Renmin East Road, Binhe Road and Labor Road.

Changsha area mainly includes Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, Changsha Huanghua Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Changsha High-speed Railway New City, Longping High-tech Park and Gao Qiao Market. Focus on the construction of the "Belt and Road", highlight the airport economy, focus on the development of high-end equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology, biomedicine, e-commerce, agricultural science and technology and other industries, and build a global high-end equipment manufacturing base, a high-end modern service center in inland areas, a pioneering area for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation and a growth pole for the rise of central China.

Yueyang area: total area 19.94 km2 (1993. 1 hectare).

Four areas: east to Suiyue Expressway; South to planning Leigutai Road, Lianjiao Road and Xinggang Road; West to the west of Yangtze River embankment road; North to road land, Songyang Lake shoreline, Huanhu Road, Yungang Road, Juyuan Road and Songyang Lake Road.

Yueyang area mainly includes Xingang District of Chenglingji, Hunan Province and Yueyang Chenglingji Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Focus on the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, highlight the port economy, focus on the development of shipping logistics, e-commerce, next-generation information technology and other industries, and build a comprehensive shipping logistics center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and an inland port economic demonstration zone.

Chenzhou area: total area 19.84 square kilometers (1983.53 hectares).

Four districts: East to Lin Yi Avenue, Donghe West Road, Tangxi Avenue and Heshan Road; South to Lu Xian Road, Fuyuan Road, Houying Avenue and Dufu Road; West to Chen Yong Avenue, Lin Yi Avenue, Jingui Company Boundary, Qingnian Avenue, Hushan Boundary of Li Qian and Xihe Road; North to Xuzi Road, Dongbo Road and Shihu Road.

Chenzhou area mainly includes Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Focusing on the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we will highlight the direct docking between Hunan, Hong Kong and Macao, focus on developing industries such as non-ferrous metal processing and modern logistics, and build an important platform for inland areas to undertake industrial transfer and transformation and upgrading of processing trade and a demonstration area for cooperation between Hunan, Hong Kong and Macao.

Since the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone was officially approved, the provincial party committee and government have taken the construction of the Pilot Free Trade Zone as an important carrier to implement the strategy of "three highs and four innovations", with high starting point, high station planning, high standard promotion and high quality exploration.

On February 8, 65438, the provincial government officially issued "Several Opinions on Accelerating the High-quality Development of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone", which put forward 55 policies and measures from ten aspects, such as strengthening the implementation of responsibilities, highlighting reform and innovation, improving the level of financial services, increasing fiscal and taxation support, strengthening the guarantee of factors, supporting the introduction of talents, encouraging innovation and creation, building an international logistics channel, and strengthening the guarantee of living services, and further released them. At present, relevant departments in Changsha, Yueyang, Chenzhou and the province are working hard to formulate relevant supporting measures and implementation rules.

In just three months after approval, 705 new enterprises have been established in Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone, and 75 major projects have been introduced (including 1 1 projects invested by three top 500 enterprises), with a total investment exceeding108.5 billion yuan.
