I. Term of the Agreement:

Three. Employment agreement:

1. After signing the employment agreement, if Party A finds that Party B does not meet the employment conditions during the probation period, it shall immediately terminate the employment relationship with Party B (pay wages according to the actual daily work during the probation period);

2. After the expiration of the Labor Agreement, if Party A continues to employ Party B, it may renew this Agreement. If Party A ceases to employ, the labor employment agreement shall be terminated;

3. If Party B requests to resign during the labor service agreement period, it shall notify Party A in writing 30 days in advance.

Four, job responsibilities:

1. Party B shall obey Party A's work arrangement and distribution, and complete the work on time and in quantity according to the post responsibilities determined by Party A;

2. Party B shall consciously abide by Party A's rules and regulations and government laws and regulations. Abide by rules and regulations to ensure attendance;

3. Party B shall seriously implement the post responsibility system, safety operation rules and safety fire prevention system to prevent all kinds of accidents. I violate the safety operation rules, operate illegally, and have an industrial accident, and bear certain responsibilities;

4. Party B shall not disclose Party A's information and materials. It shall not be made public in any form, and shall not harm the interests of Party A during the employment period. If Party B's personal behavior causes economic losses to Party A, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities.

Verb (short for verb) Working hours:

1. During Party A's work, Party B shall work 28 days a month and 8 hours a day. If overtime is required, Party A will pay the corresponding remuneration according to the provisions of the Labor Law. An interim agreement shall be reached with Party B in advance for overtime pay.

2. Party B must leave Man Qin within the specified working days, and the absentee must ask for leave in writing to Party A's business (work) supervisor one day in advance, otherwise it will be treated as absenteeism, and the supervisor should sign the leave form and keep it for future reference when applying for work-study salary at the end of the month.

3. Those who are absent from work will be deducted from the salary of the day, but the personal leave shall not exceed 4 days/month. Anyone who exceeds his salary will be dismissed as incompetent.

VI. Labor Protection and Working Conditions:

Party A shall provide Party B with necessary labor tools and labor protection articles according to the needs of work, and Party B shall return the labor tools to Party A when transferring them, and compensate those who intentionally damage or lose them according to the price.

Seven, labor remuneration:

1. The salary distribution of Party A shall follow the principle of distribution according to work;

2. Party B who implements the fixed-time working system works for Party A, and Party A pays Party B the salary of last month in cash on the 20th of each month.

3. Salary standard: Salary is divided into two parts: basic salary and incentive salary. The basic salary is RMB/month (RMB/day) and the incentive salary is RMB/month. The bonus salary is a floating salary, which shall be assessed by Party A according to Party B's attendance, work quota completion and compliance with rules and regulations.

Eight, insurance benefits:

Party A shall pay work-related injury insurance and endowment insurance for Party B in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the labor department.

Nine. In any of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate this Agreement:

1. Party B violates Party A's labor discipline and rules and regulations;

2. Losses caused to Party A due to Party B's dereliction of duty;

3, do not obey the distribution, there are violations of law;

4. Failure to implement the post responsibility system, safety operation rules and safety fire prevention system, resulting in quality and safety fire prevention accidents;

5. Concealing health and affecting workers;

6. Party B is investigated for criminal responsibility or reeducation through labor according to law;

7. Do not love the post and do not work hard;

8. Party A is dissolved.

X. others:

1. Both parties must strictly abide by and perform this agreement. If either party fails to perform this agreement, it will give economic compensation as appropriate;

2. This Agreement shall come into force after being signed by both parties;

3. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be amended and supplemented after both parties reach an agreement through consultation;
