Regarding the notice, I must make the following points clear in my mind: 1) Whether the interview materials are needed. 2) What is the interview format? Simulation class? Talking about class? Or a combination of the two? ..... 3) Interview time. 3. Be familiar with textbooks. Excellent graduates of our college graduated on 20 10, preparing for party member, and took the 20 10 exam for the recruitment of primary school science teachers in Deqing county, ranking first. 4. Prepare some commonly used teaching theories, and talk about the theoretical basis of some teaching methods when giving lectures. Therefore, some popular teaching methods, such as inquiry teaching and group experiment teaching, should be familiar with relevant theories. 5. Write a few applicable lesson plans. Write several applicable teaching plans for different types of classes. 6, the instrument should be decent. Appearance is very important for the profession of teachers, and it will definitely occupy a certain percentage of scores in the interview. Prepare a proper suit, not necessarily a suit, but clean and concise. I chose a white shirt, trousers and leather shoes. I found no one dressed like me. I don't think I will get low marks in this part of appearance, but I will be more confident in my heart. 7. Be confident in your manners. During the interview, the judges may not look at the content of your class or the level of your lecture. After all, they are all fresh graduates, and more depends on your teaching attitude and self-confidence. Speak louder, lower your tone appropriately and speak slowly, which will make you feel more confident.
