5. Inspect the building conditions, public facilities, etc. within the jurisdiction from time to time every day, deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner and keep records. 6. Cooperate with the Engineering Department to formulate the building civil maintenance plan in the jurisdiction, and do a good job in the completion of the building acceptance and secondary decoration application form, construction supervision and acceptance by the owners in the jurisdiction.
7. Responsible for daily supervision of the quality of the branch pruning work of sanitation and cleaning staff and greening staff.
8. When emergencies occur in the jurisdiction, rush to the scene promptly to assist law enforcement officers in maintaining order, protecting the scene, and mastering emergency response methods for fires, typhoons, thefts and other emergencies.
9. Cooperate with the public security, fire department and neighborhood committees in the community’s public security management, outsider management, fire safety management and community cultural management.
