Give full play to the key role of computer simulation, intelligent control and other information technologies in technological progress such as aluminum electrolysis, deep processing, energy saving and emission reduction, and improve the level of production intelligence and management informatization in aluminum industry.

According to the development mode of circular economy, we will support the construction of a number of new aluminum industrialization demonstration bases with strong resource base, complete industrial chain, distinctive features, efficient use of resources and environmental friendliness. Support the construction of East (Central) and West aluminum industry transfer cooperation demonstration zone with complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.

Focusing on the key points and difficulties in the development of aluminum industry, we will further give full play to the main role of technological innovation of enterprises, develop aluminum alloys with high strength and high damage tolerance, localize key aluminum processing equipment and make efficient use of recycled aluminum in terms of new aluminum smelting technologies such as Bayer process high concentration slurry separation, large-scale high anode current density aluminum electrolysis, low temperature and low pressure aluminum electrolysis, and research on new aluminum alloys and their properties, so as to accelerate the pace of technological innovation. (3) Resource development projects

Objective: Adjust and optimize the industrial layout of production space, improve industrial competitiveness, and realize the harmonious development of industry, resources, energy, environment and society.
Main contents: Establish and improve the exit mechanism of electrolytic aluminum production capacity in high electricity price areas, and actively guide the orderly transfer of electrolytic aluminum production capacity from energy-deficient areas to energy-rich western regions. Circular economy project
Objective: According to the principles of reduction, reuse and recycling, aiming at improving resource output efficiency and resource safety, to build a circular economy project in aluminum industry. By 20 15, the recycled aluminum will reach 5.8 million tons/year, and the comprehensive utilization of red mud and the development and utilization of high aluminum coal resources will be realized on a large scale.

Focus on supporting the construction of several demonstration projects for comprehensive utilization of red mud in areas with industrial base; In areas rich in high-alumina coal resources such as Inner Mongolia and Shanxi, relying on key enterprises with technical foundation and strength such as Datang International, we will build comprehensive utilization projects of high-alumina fly ash; In the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Rim, Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and other areas with a certain industrial base, some large-scale demonstration projects of recycled aluminum will be rebuilt and expanded.
