Is CNNC Huaxing a central enterprise or a state-owned enterprise?

China National Nuclear Huaxing is a state-owned enterprise and affiliated to China National Nuclear Corporation, one of the world's top 500 central enterprises. The full name is China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Co., Ltd., and it is one of the backbone members of China Nuclear Industry Construction Group Corporation. Established in 1958, it has undertaken the construction of China two bombs and one boat test base and a number of important nuclear and military projects.

China National Nuclear Huaxing Company has three engineering divisions, including nuclear power division, domestic and international engineering division, 15 professional companies and shareholding (holding) units, with more than 2,800 professional and technical personnel and management personnel, including more than 800 professional and technical personnel with middle and senior titles, and nearly 300 national registered construction engineers. The company has a team of skilled workers with complete technical jobs, including more than 60 technicians and senior technicians/kloc-0. Through reform and reorganization, management upgrade, merger and reorganization, the company has formed a complete construction industry chain of design+civil engineering+installation.

Over the years, the company has grown together with China's nuclear industry, undertaken numerous nuclear engineering and national defense military projects, participated in the construction of most nuclear power plants at home and abroad, and played an important role in the construction of 10 nuclear power plant and 19 nuclear power unit. At present, it is undertaking the construction tasks of Guangdong Ling 'ao Nuclear Power Station Phase II, Pakistan Nuclear Power Station Phase II (C2), Liaoning Hongyanhe, Fujian Ningde and Guangdong Yangjiang. The market share of nuclear power construction has reached 75%, which has made great contributions to China's nuclear power construction and energy development.
