Determine the standard of work and living allowance according to the salary and income level of newly recruited civil servants in local urban colleges and universities after the probation period expires. 5. 6. After being officially employed by the party and government organs or enterprises and institutions, working time in the village can be used to calculate the length of service and the payment period of social insurance.

8. Give priority to training university student village officials as rural reserve cadres, guide and support outstanding university student village officials to participate in village-level organization general elections in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures, and serve as village "two committees" cadres.

9. Actively support college student village officials to start their own businesses, establish and improve the working mechanism combining the guidance of party committees and governments, social organizations and enterprise support, and market operation, increase support and services in terms of funds, finance, projects and information, and encourage and support college student village officials to start their own businesses.
