If the primary turns are reduced on the original basis, the secondary voltage (increase) and the secondary current (increase). The primary current (also increases accordingly).

3. When the secondary is constant, the wire diameter of the primary is larger (then, the secondary current is also larger). The smaller the primary wire diameter, the smaller the secondary current.

4. When the primary side is unchanged, the wire diameter of the secondary side is larger (then, the secondary side current is larger). The smaller the primary wire diameter, the smaller the secondary current.

5. The welder (mainly) adjusts (weld width and melting depth) by changing (welding) current (and covered electrode diameter).
