Xi' an extras, where to recruit?

Xi 'an has no extras. There are only two places in the country that can be extras: Hengdian Film and Television City in Zhejiang and the gate of Beijing Film Studio. Not recruiting, but waiting for work there. Actors don't talk. Have you ever heard of any actor who was recruited? Actors only coordinate from the inner circle, and there is no outside move.
