Robert has more than 20 years of senior talent management experience. He first worked in human resources, served as vice president of human resources in Office Depot of the United States, and then left the field of human resources to be responsible for recruiting solutions business, including outsourcing and consulting business, in the global recruitment company Spherion. During his time at Spherion, he also served as Dean of Saratoga College. Before joining SHL as America business director in April, 20 10, he was the president of recruitment and talent management business in Hudson. Robert holds a degree in economics from Wake frist University.

Mike Tims, President, Asia, Africa and Middle East

Mike has 12 years experience in human resources service. Before joining SHL, he held senior positions in Heyi Group, including leading financial services and telecommunications business. Before joining Heyi Group, Mike worked in comprehensive management and served as general manager of manufacturing and information technology. His first job was to join the army in Germany, Cyprus and the Falkland Islands with the rank of captain. He has a first-class honours degree in engineering. He joined SHL in June 2004.

Mr. Fu has many years of experience in marketing, sales and management of multinational enterprises. Prior to joining SHL, he was General Manager of Mercer East China and Business Director of Oracle Bone Inscriptions Human Capital Greater China. Now he is fully responsible for the business and operation of SHL China market. During his career, he participated in many important management projects, such as enterprise reorganization, management reform and human resources reform of super-large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions in China. It has conducted in-depth research and practice on how China enterprises develop and cope with changes in globalization. Mr. Fu has served customers in major industries in China, such as communication industry, petroleum and petrochemical industry, power grid, steel industry, automobile industry and high-tech industry. , and played an important role in organizational change, management improvement, leadership development and other projects. Mr. Fu Quan obtained a master's degree in economics from China Renmin University in his early years.
