As for the house: Doctors can be allocated a house, but they seem to have to sign an agreement to work there for more than N years! But you can stay in a single room for free for one year. There are still advantages to working there, that is, you can get a lot of opportunities for exercise, which is meaningful for personal growth.

Graduate students can’t be assigned housing. How can there be such a good thing as housing assignments now? The housing subsidy is symbolic, just one or two hundred yuan
