20 1 1 In July, Jiang Wenquan officially joined Shanghai Zhengyang Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Zhengyang Group), taking charge of the operation and management of Sino-American Intercontinental Helicopter Investment Co., Ltd. and serving as the general manager. It has made positive contributions to the rapid development of the company in strategic planning, team building and business development. During his tenure, Jiang Wenquan led China-US Intercontinental Helicopter Investment Co., Ltd. to successfully sell more than 10 second-hand helicopters, including R22, Bell206, Bell407 and Bell429 helicopters. When Jiang Wenquan worked in Zhengyang Group, in addition to the above responsibilities, he was also responsible for the overall planning of the maintenance project of Shanghai Jinhui Aviation Co., Ltd. (Jinhui Navigation) and concurrently served as the deputy general manager of Jinhui Navigation. During this period, Jiang Wenquan strengthened the effective encouragement and assessment of maintenance engineers and strengthened the strength of the maintenance engineering team.
