Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations for the purpose of developing urban greening, improving and protecting the ecological environment and building ecologically livable cities. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the central cities within the urban planning area of this Municipality. Chapter II Planning and Construction Article 8 Urban greening planning and construction shall make full use of local natural and cultural conditions, reasonably determine greening objectives, green space layout and green space control principles in combination with sponge city construction, implement coordinated development of plane greening and three-dimensional greening, and improve landscape effect and ecological environment effect. Reconstruction of greening projects shall not reduce the original green area. Eleventh city greening construction responsibility is determined in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) the use of parks, green spaces and squares shall be the responsibility of the administrative department of urban greening or the relevant competent departments;

The construction unit shall, within fifteen working days after the completion acceptance, report the relevant completion acceptance documents to the urban greening administrative department for the record. Chapter III Maintenance Management Article 16 The responsibility for urban greening maintenance management shall be determined in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) the use of parks, green spaces and squares shall be the responsibility of the administrative department of urban greening or the relevant competent departments;

(two) the protective green space shall be the responsibility of the administrative department of urban greening or the relevant competent departments, and the protective green space in the unit management area shall be the responsibility of the unit;

(three) the attached green space in the attached green space is the responsibility of the unit; The affiliated green space of residential area is responsible for the property service enterprise entrusted by the owner or the owner. If there is no property service enterprise, the district people's government where it is located shall be responsible;

(four) the green space within the scope of the construction project shall be in the charge of the construction unit during the construction period.
