1. Recruitment positions:
Xiamen Literary and Art Creation Center organizes literary and artistic creation staff 2 people.
2. Job responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and guiding the city's literary and artistic creation.
3. Qualifications:
Position 1: Major in literature and art, bachelor degree or above, under 40 years old; more than 5 years of experience in film and television creation and more than 3 years of publicity Practical work experience in organizing literary and artistic creations in cultural units, among which those working in enterprises and institutions must have intermediate-level relevant professional titles; publish more than 5 film and television works, papers, and reviews in newspapers and magazines at or above the provincial level; have strong organizational coordination and guidance capabilities, In good health.
Position 2: Major in literature and art, Chinese modern and contemporary literature, art, postgraduate degree, master's degree or above, fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in 2010, under 35 years old; published papers in CN newspapers Or comment on more than 3 articles; have certain organizational coordination and guidance capabilities, and be in good health.
2. Registration Requirements

3. Recruitment procedures
1. Open registration
Applicants should mail relevant materials to the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department Cadre Office by express mail.
2. Qualification review
Based on the recruitment qualifications, applicants will be reviewed for qualifications. If the number of applicants and the number of people to be recruited for the position are less than 3:1, the open recruitment for the position will be cancelled.
3. Expert evaluation
Organize experts to evaluate the professional level of candidates who meet the recruitment qualifications and propose candidates to participate in the written examination. The recruitment leading group will determine candidates for the written examination in a ratio of no less than 1:3.
4. Organize the exam
The exam will be a combination of written examination and interview. Based on the written test scores, candidates for the interview will be determined in a ratio of no less than 1:3; the full score for both the written test and the interview is 100 points, and the qualifying line is 70 points. The written test and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score. Full-time general education graduates from Xiamen who participate in the recruitment examination will implement the corresponding bonus point policy in accordance with the relevant provisions of Xiafu [2010] No. 69 document (see Xiamen Personnel Network for details:).

5. Determine the candidates for physical examination and inspection
Based on the comprehensive scores of the candidates' written examination and interview, according to the ratio of 1:2, the physical examination and inspection will be determined in order from high score to low score. Candidate. If the applicant's interview scores are below the passing line, the position may be temporarily vacant. The physical examination methods refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". Those who fail the physical examination will not be considered as candidates for inspection, and will be replaced in sequence depending on the situation.
6. Organize inspections
Organize an inspection team to conduct a comprehensive and objective inspection and understanding of the candidates' morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity, and verify relevant information.
7. Go through the employment procedures
Based on the interview results and organizational inspections, the candidates for the recruitment positions will be researched and announced and announced within a certain range for 7 days. If there are no objections during the public announcement period, the employment procedures will be completed. The initial employment period is three years, including a half-year probation period.
