Why do some convenience stores keep recruiting clerks?

Maybe for some reason, we can't keep the clerk, so we have to recruit new ones. It just doesn't fit.

So many people stopped doing it for the time being, or forgot to tear it, or this convenience store, or chain store, or this place is full, and other places still need people. Don't pay attention to this convenience store for a long time, but no one needs to replace it.
