August 2004 was the most painful year in my life. That year, the county education bureau held a teacher recruitment activity in No.1 Middle School. There are 22 Chinese teachers in all primary schools in the county, competing for 1 position. After lectures and interviews, only 1 person has the honor to become a glorious people's teacher in Xianzhi Primary School. I was teaching at Taizi Town Central Primary School, and my wife worked in Zouping. I also took part in this husband and wife reunion competition. After 1 hour of lecture preparation, 15 minutes of lecture time passed quickly, which means the recruitment is over. I spent that summer vacation waiting and uneasy, and finally ended in failure. I didn't know my ranking 12 until I inquired from many parties. Of course, opportunity has nothing to do with me, and luck has nothing to do with me. During that time, I was very confused and lost. But after careful reflection, I woke up and understood. Failure can only show that your business is not good and your ability is not strong. But how to develop yourself? How to develop? I'm lost again.

Secondly, choosing a school awakened my dream.

September 2005 was the most unforgettable year in my life. That year, I was lucky enough to be transferred to Daixi City Primary School, which fulfilled my long-cherished wish for many years and started my real road of independent development here. Soon after I entered school, I was moved by the professionalism of the teachers: at 7 o'clock every morning, most of the teachers have arrived at school, making the best preparations for the new day's teaching; After class, there is no gossip between teachers, parents are short, and some just communicate and negotiate with teachers; Every afternoon after school, it is the best time for teachers to carry out various business activities. I don't know how many quiet nights, I work silently away from the noisy crowd: sometimes, in order to prepare for a class, I study the textbook carefully for more than ten times; Sometimes, in order to let students gain more knowledge in a limited time, I adjust and design the classroom structure again and again; Sometimes, in order to comment on the composition in time, I will take all the students' compositions home and correct them until late at night, and record the wonderful languages of the students one by one, and accumulate them as materials for better composition guidance ... I don't know how many times, I only know that under my care, the students grow up healthily and happily and mature day by day; My teaching level has improved, and I have been recognized by everyone and become a good teacher in the eyes of students. Communicate with children after class, perform a textbook drama, recite ancient poems, remember hydrology, and grow and develop with them. The promised land of primary schools in the city awakened me and inspired me.

3. Struggle has made my brilliant life.

For three years, I have been studying in a primary school in the city. From the beginning of changing classrooms, I asked for quality in 40 minutes. It is my own continuous efforts and the help of teachers that my classroom has undergone great changes. Under the guidance of autonomous, cooperative and inquiry learning, students' ability has been improved, and their innovative spirit and practical ability have been cultivated, thus improving their comprehensive Chinese literacy. Outside the classroom, I pay attention to the study of educational monographs, and actively write educational essays and teaching reflections in combination with my own teaching practice, which has greatly improved my theoretical level and practical ability. To this end, the school gave me the leading topic of "educational research in life", and asked me to lead all teachers to do solid research, sum up seriously, accumulate experience and improve students' overall quality.
