7. Responsible for the recruitment, assessment, transfer, punishment and dismissal of senior managers and foreign employees.
8. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and arranging various large-scale celebrations and staff meetings.
9. Responsible for organizing the formulation of hotel labor wage management measures, organizing the preparation and comprehensive balance of hotel labor wage plans, organizing the preparation of hotel staffing plans, and supervising their implementation.
10. Organize to improve the working conditions of employees and implement labor insurance.
