Many people only see that courier brothers earn tens of thousands of dollars a month, but they don't see that they work more than 12 hours a day.

If you average the working hours, you will find that the so-called monthly income is actually not high. Moreover, the courier's working hours are very tight and the pace is very fast, either on the way to deliver the package, on the way to pick it up, or on the phone.

Send so many pieces every day, and worry about being complained by customers because of attitude problems. Some couriers are put in the courier cabinet or at the doorman's office, so we have to worry about whether these couriers will be taken away. If you lose a piece, you have to pay for it yourself. These are invisible pressures and expenses for the courier brother.

Moreover, because the package has to be delivered within the specified time, the courier brother shuttles through the streets every day, which is also a very dangerous thing in itself.

In addition, the courier brother has almost no room for improvement. Although you can transfer to other positions after working for a period of time, other positions may not be as good as posting, and there are other requirements such as academic qualifications. Therefore, once you enter the delivery position, it is difficult to have the opportunity of promotion.

Many young people will choose the transformation of the express delivery industry in the short term. After all, the barriers to entry in this industry are low, and after a period of time, they will repeat the mechanized work every day. But generally speaking, I will continue to plan my future, and I will not be engaged in this job all the time.
