The cause of a serious traffic accident in Huainan on September 4 was found and both drivers were detained

After more than 20 days of investigation and evidence collection, the cause of this serious accident has been identified. Both car and truck drivers are equally responsible for the accident if they break the rules while driving. Both men are currently in custody. At 16:23 on September 4, a large truck loaded with Shandong liquor licenses collided with a local bus in Huainan while traveling from south to north to the Jinjialing section of the Huainan section of National Highway 206. The bus turned 180 degrees and lost control of the direction of the truck, rolling across the sidewalk, killing 6 people on the spot and injuring 19 others to varying degrees. According to an investigation by the Huainan Traffic Police Department, the truck driver was Zhang and the bus driver was Wang. Both vehicles were in good condition and did not exceed the speed limit when the collision occurred.
