Can trainees go to Japan for the second time after returning to China for three years?

After studying in Japan, you can study abroad again. The trainees we sent will go through the formalities after returning to China, and now many of them are studying in Japan. The key is that the materials submitted twice should be consistent, with at least 12 years of domestic education (that is, high school education or equivalent high school education).
