Some local weak brands are well-known in the local market, but they have no great influence and threat on the brands of the first and second camps, and they belong to the main M&A targets of the first camp. At present, the three leading enterprises have established slaughter and processing bases in major pig-raising provinces, but there are still differences in production capacity and layout. Judging from the trend of product sales unit price and expense rate of the three companies in the past three years, the industry competition is not fierce, and the leading enterprises have strong digestion ability.

(1) Henan Shuanghui

The production and sales volume, comprehensive market share and comprehensive strength of meat products rank first, high-temperature meat products rank first and low-temperature meat products rank second; Has firmly established the leading position in the industry, occupying the leading position with absolute advantages in North China, Northeast China, Northwest China, East China and South China; By taking the road of large-scale and intensive industrialization, Shuanghui has established the largest meat processing base in China. The development goal of Shuanghui Group is to establish multinational import and export companies, 20 pig slaughtering plants and 20 low-temperature meat products factories in China, establish a modern logistics distribution system, establish a green industrial chain of China meat industry, vigorously develop pollution-free planting, aquaculture and feed processing industries, and seize the new round of industrial expansion opportunities to rank among the top three meat processing industries in the world in the next five years.

2) Shandong Luojin

The first place is the first processed product of pig slaughter, the second place is the comprehensive strength, the production and sales of high-temperature meat products, and the third place is the comprehensive market share. The registered trademark of the company is "Luojin", which is one of the top ten meat products in China after Shuanghui. In March of 20001,it was listed in Singapore under the name of "Popular Food Holdings Limited" and successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong in 2002. Shandong Luojin mainly produces meat products. It has production bases in Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Sichuan and Heilongjiang, and has production and processing lines for pigs, broilers, butchers and meat products. With an annual slaughter of 6 million pigs, 0/50,000 broilers and an output of more than 600,000 tons of meat products, it is the second largest meat processing enterprise in China. The company's sales network covers more than 65,438+080 large and medium-sized cities in China, with 42 offices, more than 5,000 authorized dealers, more than 500,000 retailers and more than 65,438+000 specialty stores. In the first half of 2005, the business growth of Shuanghui and Yurun exceeded that of 2004. Shuanghui's high-temperature meat income scale may make Shuanghui's growth slightly worse than Yurun in the short term. In the long run, the industry opportunities brewed by demand growth and consumption structure upgrading will give the top three enterprises enough room for growth.
