Ganzhou Expressway Recruitment

When it comes to toll collectors at expressway toll stations, many people think that toll collectors on expressways are stable and decent jobs with high income and good welfare, but if you hear the toll collectors share with your own eyes, you may not think so. Don't believe it? Let's have a look!

1. Before that, I was a toll collector in a county toll station of Ganzhou Management Center of Jiangxi Expressway. I went in after graduating from college, worked for about half a year, and resigned some time ago. That's probably what happens at work. Two night shifts are 4:00- 12:00, two day shifts are 8:00-4:00, and two all-nighters are 0:00-8:00, with a standard 8-hour working system. In general, in addition to the big station, the workload of night shift and day shift is good, holidays are harder, and night shift is suffering everywhere. Work is boring, except charging. You can't bring your mobile phone, eat snacks at the booth, accept gifts from the driver, and use civilized language to the driver. Sometimes I have to quarrel with the driver, and my quality is much lower. We also have to face the misjudgment of the model. Some eight-seater cars can't tell the appearance clearly, so they need their driving licenses, while others will quarrel if they don't give them, which will lead to misjudgment of the models, not only paying money, but also deducting money.

2. Let's talk about the toll collectors in Xinjiang. I work in southern Xinjiang, also known as the toll station under the Aksu Highway Administration in southern Xinjiang. In the last nine days, we will have four shifts and rest for three days, and we will have a 24-hour rest every three days. I am a logistics ticket collector. Compared with the toll collector, I don't have to face the driver and passengers, so there is no quarrel. After deducting five insurances and one gold from the salary, you have to work for more than 22 days every month. There are 60 employees in the station, including 4 Han people and the rest are ethnic minorities. They communicate less and may all have their own circles. There is nothing to say except work. The dormitory to live in, the staff canteen to eat, water and electricity are free, but the food is expensive. The monthly food expenses are basically around 150. Xinjiang is a big place, so the toll stations are all on the Gobi desert, in the middle of nowhere, next to the service area. For example, my station is 90 kilometers away from my home, and we are employees of two counties. We took a long bus ride and went to the station by ourselves. Compared with inland toll stations in Xinjiang, there are both good conditions and poor conditions. My station is in bad conditions, because it is a single-depot highway belonging to the provincial highway, but the traffic volume is very large and the toll collectors are very hard. Each class lasts 8 hours. There is no air conditioner and electric fan in the dormitory, but it is basically useless. The wind blown out at high temperature is also hot.

I am a toll collector. Many people don't understand this industry and think it is a high-income, stable and decent job. Actually, it's not. It is also a unit of different areas and the nature of your expressway. Have a plenty of national institutions, formal staffing, salary is so high. It is estimated that you can get about 20 thousand more than the contract workers who have not been compiled every year. Of course, this is also divided into places. However, there can be no establishment, and there are very few now. The other belongs to enterprises, some are private enterprises and some are state-owned enterprises. The expressway where I am located belongs to a subsidiary of state-owned enterprises. You may think that the treatment of state-owned enterprises is good, and you can't say that it is not good, but it is definitely not much better. The salary is not as high as that of our local civil servants, but it is indeed higher than that of some people who work locally or in some unincorporated institutions. My advantage here is to pay five insurances and one gold. According to our local level, the payment is really not low. You might say that we are all estimated to be rich families or relatives of leaders here. Actually, it is not. Because this expressway was opened, I was the first to come in. Because a new expressway was opened and a large number of toll collectors were needed, it was recruited for the society at that time.
