What are the requirements for banks to recruit tellers? Four aspects are enough.

1. Basic requirements. Law-abiding, good conduct, good health, strong enterprising spirit, strong communication skills, cooperative spirit and hard-working spirit.

2. Education. Domestic college graduates must have a bachelor's degree or above in full-time colleges and universities recruited by the state, and must obtain a nationally recognized employment registration certificate, graduation certificate and degree certificate when reporting for duty. Graduates from overseas institutions must have a bachelor's degree or above from regular overseas institutions of higher learning. When registering, you must obtain a diploma and a degree certificate, as well as a diploma (degree certificate) certification issued by the Ministry of Education.

3. Professional requirements. Majoring in economics, finance, management, statistics, law, information technology, mathematics, physics and engineering.

4. Foreign language requirements. English majors must pass CET-4 (above 425), or score above 630 in TOEFL IBT, or score above 75 in IELTS. Other foreign language majors should pass the corresponding foreign language proficiency test. English major must be at least CET-4 or above; Other foreign language graduates should pass the corresponding foreign language proficiency test. The above foreign language test scores and certificates must be within the validity period at the time of declaration.
