Basic information of Yada Group

Yada Group is a Sino-foreign joint venture established in 1987. The Chinese shareholder is Lingyun Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hebei Lingyun Industry Group Co., Ltd., China Ordnance Industry Group, and the foreign shareholder is Swiss multinational company George Fisher. Chinese and foreign parties each hold 50% of the shares.
