Audit materials include: examination application form, copy of ID card, 1 inch bareheaded photos (2 photos), training certificate, etc. Graduates from vocational high schools, technical schools and technical secondary schools who are engaged in special operations corresponding to their majors can be exempted from training in related majors by submitting academic certificates.

Personnel who take part in the qualification examination for special operations shall fill in the examination application form and apply to the examination issuing authority or its entrusted unit where the applicant's household registration or employment is located.
