2. Recruitment positions and number of people

3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Basic conditions

4. 1. Registration for senior and intermediate positions

The examination for the position of counselor is divided into written examination and interview.

The total interview score is 100 points, and the interview passing score line is set at 60 points for positions where the interviewees fail to meet the specified proportion. Only those who meet the passing score for the interview can enter the scope of the physical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

The list of candidates shortlisted for interview and the interview location will be announced on the Jinan University Talent Recruitment website/rczp/index.asp. 2. Examinations for positions other than counselors
The examinations for entry-level positions are divided into written examinations and interviews. (1) Written test

The written test passing score line is set to 60 points. The total interview score is 100 points. For positions where the number of interviewees does not meet the prescribed ratio and positions where the procedures are simplified, the interview passing score is set to 60 points. Only those who meet the passing score for the interview can enter the scope of the physical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.
After the interview, the total test score will be calculated based on the proportion of written test scores and interview scores each accounting for 50%. Written test scores, interview scores, and total scores are calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the remainder is rounded off. If candidates from the same recruitment plan are tied in terms of overall scores, the candidate will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low.
(4) Assessment and physical examination
According to the recruitment position, based on the total score of the applicants, from high scores to low scores, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined at a ratio of 1.2 times the number of recruits. , and organize physical examinations in equal amounts in sequence.
