Qualification Examination of Recruiting Freshmen in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province in 2023

The recruitment unit conducts qualification examination on the candidates according to the post recruitment conditions, and the qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If it is found in any link that candidates do not meet the requirements for job registration or the materials provided are fraudulent, once verified, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled. Qualification examination is divided into qualification examination and qualification review.

(1) Preliminary Qualification Examination The recruiting unit conducts preliminary qualification examination on candidates' online registration according to the job recruitment conditions, and feeds back the preliminary qualification examination results through the registration system, so candidates are requested to pay attention to the preliminary qualification examination results in time. Those who fail the preliminary qualification examination can apply for other positions, and those who pass the preliminary qualification examination cannot modify the registration information or apply for other positions.

(2) Qualification review The qualification review shall be conducted after the written examination. According to the written test scores of applicants for the same position, the candidates for qualification review are determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1:3 (those who fail to reach the ratio are all determined as candidates for qualification review). The final finalist with the same written test score is determined as the qualification review object. Qualification review mainly reviews the original application materials, and the time and place of qualification review will be notified separately.

(3) The ratio between the number of job applicants and the recruitment plan shall not be less than 3: 1 in principle. For a few positions with special majors that are really difficult to form competition, according to the actual situation, the proportion of examination opening can be appropriately reduced, and the job recruitment plan can be reduced or cancelled.
