Eighth financial, housing and urban and rural construction, transportation, water, land and resources, information and other administrative supervision departments shall supervise the trading activities of public resources in this industry according to law, and mainly perform the following duties:

(1) Examining and filing transaction documents, and supervising important transaction links such as answering questions, bid opening, bid evaluation, bid selection and auction;

Article 9 The Municipal Public Resource Trading Center is a legal entity of the Municipal Public Resource Trading Administration. It is the centralized trading place, professional service platform and market service subject of the city's public resources trading activities, and mainly performs the following duties:

Chapter III Scope of Transactions

Chapter IV Trading Methods

Chapter VI Transaction Supervision

Twenty-second public resources transactions should be supervised by the department. Administrative supervision departments such as finance, housing, urban and rural construction, transportation, water affairs, land and resources, and informatization. The Supervision Bureau of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection set up a complaint acceptance center in the discipline inspection team and supervision room of the municipal public resource transaction management department, which is responsible for accepting, registering, assigning, supervising and filing complaints.

Twenty-fifth the relevant administrative supervision departments shall investigate the complaint, make a decision within the prescribed time limit, and notify the complainant, the respondent and other parties related to the complaint in writing.

Thirtieth supervisory organs shall supervise the objects of supervision related to public resources trading activities according to law.

Chapter VII Legal Liability

(1) disclosing information or materials related to trading activities that should be kept confidential;

(3) Concealing or destroying the transaction documents that should be kept, or forging or altering the transaction documents.

Article 38 State organs, institutions and their staff who violate the provisions of these Measures by neglecting their duties, revealing secrets, abusing their powers, engaging in malpractices for selfish ends, and soliciting and accepting bribes in public resources trading activities shall be investigated and dealt with by the competent authorities or supervisory organs according to law; Those suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-ninth Wuwei County, Wuhu County, Fanchang County and Nanling County may refer to these measures.
