1. Basic requirements for application.

Outstanding fresh undergraduate graduates from colleges and universities with recommended exemption qualifications. Strong research interests, strong professional foundation, innovation awareness and innovation ability.

Be honest and trustworthy, have good conduct, and have no record of cheating in exams, academic misconduct, or other violations of laws and disciplines. The physical health status complies with the physical examination requirements of the "Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Physical Examination Standards for Recruitment of Academic Graduate Students".

2. Excellent results. Achievements are the prerequisite for postgraduate admission. Only those with excellent academic records are eligible to participate in postgraduate interviews. Theoretically, students who are in the top 40% of their majors are eligible to participate in interviews for graduate student exemptions. Usually half of the students are admitted, and they are basically ranked based on their academic performance, with interview scores accounting for only a small part.

It should be noted that the results mentioned here are "comprehensive results", including other social activities and awards received, but they account for a small proportion. In addition, the admission policies of each department are different. Some are based on the ranking of majors, and some are based on the ranking of the entire department. 3. Students from other schools who want to be promoted to Beihang University can participate in relevant summer camps organized by Beihang University. Some colleges will hold separate summer camps for departments, basically to prepare for admissions. Beihang students who have won the title of outstanding student for three consecutive academic years can be directly recommended without occupying the college's registration quota.

4. Music troupes, drama troupes, orchestras, etc. are recommended. Beihang's on-campus music troupe, drama troupe, and orchestra allocate several admissions indicators every year, and allocate the best candidates based on the performance and achievements of the members of the troupe. However, students who receive recommendations need to spend an extra year performing in music troupes, drama troupes, and orchestras. This period does not count as postgraduate study.

5. Counselor guarantees postgraduate study. Counselors are a special group at Beihang University. They are usually served by outstanding senior students and are part-time or full-time student cadres. In addition to being able to serve as counselors after passing the postgraduate entrance examination and after successfully passing the postgraduate entrance examination, a group of outstanding undergraduate students will be selected every year in their junior year to receive specialized training and join the counselor team. After the service period, they can obtain the qualification of postgraduate guarantee.

6. Support education and research in remote mountainous areas. Every year from the junior to senior years, there will be recruitment information for supporting teachers, and there will be approximately one quota for each department. Students who participate in volunteer teaching will automatically obtain postgraduate qualifications after one year.
