Notice on the 2022 Mandarin Proficiency Test in Liangshan County, Jining, Shandong Province

1. Registration Scope

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can register:

(1) Persons with household registration in Liangshan County;

(2) Persons working in Liangshan County;

(3) Persons who have obtained a residence permit in Liangshan County.

According to the "Implementation Opinions of Shandong Province on the Management Regulations of Mandarin Proficiency Test" (Lu Jiaoyu Zi [2021] No. 3), college students take the test at the college testing site, and college teachers take the test in the territory test. The Liangshan County testing site does not accept college students to take the test.

2. Registration process

(1) Online registration time and website

Registration time: Online registration will be open from May 23 to May 27, 2022 system, the system will automatically shut down after the expiration date.

(2) Online pre-registration operation method

1. Candidates log in to the Mandarin Proficiency Test Online To pre-register in the registration system, select "I want to register" and select the city as "Jining City".

2. Select "Jining Mandarin Training and Testing Center" for "Select Test Station". After clicking "Select Time", there will be a test address at the bottom of the page. Candidates in Liangshan please choose the test time of the test address in Liangshan County. Task. For the specific test time and location, candidates should refer to the test time and location marked on the admission ticket.

3. Click Next, read the "Registration Instructions" carefully, and be sure to operate as required.

4. Fill in the personal registration information. The columns marked * are required. The mobile phone number must be filled in correctly. "Occupation". Since this test is not for college students, please do not select "Normal College Students" or "Non-Normal College Students." Candidates who have not participated in work should select "Others."

5. In the "Unit" column, fill in the name of the candidate's unit, and candidates who are not working should fill in their home address.

6. The uploaded photo is required to be a full-face color photo without a hat (white background), the format is jpg or jpeg, the photo ratio is 390×567 (width×height), and the size is within 1M. If you cannot upload it due to personal reasons, If the photos uploaded or the photos do not meet the requirements and the photos are not displayed, resulting in the inability to participate in the test or affecting the use of later certificates, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates.

7. Candidates who submitted registration information can verify whether there are any errors through the "Registration Query" function at the top of the registration website before the registration deadline. They can modify or delete the registration information by themselves. Please be careful. Check. If the personal information is incorrectly filled in, the photo is not uploaded, or does not meet the requirements, and other reasons cause the inability to take the test or affect the later use of the Mandarin certificate, the responsibility lies with the candidate.

(3) On-site confirmation and payment

After successful online pre-registration, candidates must go to the payment site to complete information confirmation and payment within the designated time at the test site in the county or district where they applied. Candidates who have not completed the payment are not allowed to take the test. On-site confirmation and payment location of the Liangshan County testing site: West end of the first floor of the south end of the Liangshan County Gymnasium (east of the north gate of Liangshan No. 1 Middle School). On-site confirmation and payment time: May 30 to June 2, 2022.

For on-site confirmation and payment, candidates are required to wear a mask, pass a temperature test, check the health code, itinerary card, scan the venue code, and present a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative report. Only those who meet the requirements can enter. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter and complete confirmation and payment safely, orderly and quickly.

The materials required for on-site confirmation are:

1. Original ID card of the candidate.

2. Personal registration information form. After the candidate successfully registers, click "Registration Query" to log in and print the personal information form, or take a screenshot and print it.

3. For candidates who are not from Liangshan and work in Liangshan, the staff will verify the payment information of the three insurances (pension insurance, medical insurance, and unemployment insurance) on site. Candidates who have not paid the three insurances should bring their work certificate. Candidates who have obtained a residence permit in Liangshan County must provide a residence permit.

4. "Liangshan County 2022 Mandarin Proficiency Test Candidate Safety Examination Book" (Attachment 3).

The charging standard for Mandarin proficiency test shall be implemented in accordance with the "Notice on Clarifying the Charging Standard for Mandarin Proficiency Test" (Lu Fa Gai Cheng [2022] No. 222) issued by the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance. The registration fee for testing is 50 yuan per person.

3. Printing of Admission Ticket

From June 14th to June 17th, candidates who have completed the payment can log in to the registration website and print the admission ticket by themselves. Candidates must take the test at the time and place specified on the admission ticket. Those who do not take the test at the specified time will be automatically given up, and no other test will be arranged, and the test fee will not be refunded.

IV. Test arrangements

1. The Putonghua proficiency test is conducted using computer-assisted methods. The question types include reading monosyllabic words, reading multi-syllable words, reading short passages, and propositional speaking.

2. Candidates need to bring the following materials during the exam: original ID card (those who have obtained a residence permit in Liangshan County can provide a residence permit); admission ticket; paper certificate of negative 48-hour nucleic acid test; Liangshan County 2022 Safety Test Book for Putonghua Proficiency Test Candidates (Attachment 3). (Candidates must bring all the above materials. If the candidates are not able to take the test due to incomplete materials, the responsibility lies with the candidates.) Candidates must take the test in strict accordance with the time and location specified on the admission ticket. Candidates are required to wear masks during the exam and pass their body temperature. Check, check health code, itinerary card, scan location code, and keep a distance of more than 1 meter.

3. The test process is: Candidates check in → Wait for test → Prepare for test → Test → Leave.

4. Once the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is discovered, the work related to the Mandarin proficiency test in our county will be stopped at any time depending on the situation.

Candidates must consciously abide by the Mandarin Proficiency Test requirements and examination disciplines. Those who violate the examination style and discipline will be dealt with strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. See attachments 1 and 2 for specific requirements.

5. Score inquiry and certificate collection

2-3 months after the test, candidates can log in to the National Mandarin Training and Testing Information Resource Network (http://www.cltt.org /#/scoreQuery) to query. The Putonghua proficiency test certificate will be issued uniformly by the Liangshan County Language Committee Office. Candidates who pass the test are asked to contact the Liangshan County Language Committee Office to receive the certificate. You can also pay attention to the certificate collection notice released on the Liangshan County People's Government website and the "lsxjtj2017" WeChat public account. .

VI. Other instructions

The Liangshan County Test Point Mandarin Training and Testing Center does not organize training related to this Mandarin proficiency test and does not specify relevant teaching materials. Jining Mandarin Training and Testing Center is a designated institution in Jining City authorized by the Shandong Provincial Language Commission Office to conduct Mandarin proficiency tests for social personnel. It does not entrust any social organization to participate in the registration process. The test does not limit the number of registrations.
