The applicant's original academic qualifications are only for reference during admission. Admission will ultimately depend on test scores. The general minimum requirement is passing exams in five designated subjects. Two of these are at Advanced Level or passes in four designated subjects, three of which are at Advanced Level.
Applicants who have obtained a degree in China related to the subject they are applying for will be given priority in admission. The British side often recommends that applicants first obtain a junior degree in their home country and then study at a British university. Even repeating a junior degree is more beneficial to the applicant.
The ELTS test jointly organized by the British Council and the Cambridge University Local Examinations Management Committee is a British university and research institution that requires international students from all over the world to pass the ELTS test as evidence of English proficiency before going to the UK.
If you want to take the ELTS exam, you can apply to the British Council representative office in my country or the British Embassy. The exam center will provide you with details about exam dates, locations, fees, etc. through them, and will also give you an application form.
(3) Procedures for applying for admission
If you are studying for a full-time undergraduate degree or diploma from a British university, you must apply through the British university admissions center except for the University of Buckingham. .
