The recruitment process of Taizhou Bank is mainly divided into six links:

1. Announcement: The bank will issue a campus recruitment announcement in its own official website, marking the official opening of recruitment.

2. Online registration: After the announcement, candidates need to register in the bank of official website. This process is called online application. The online application period is not 15 days to 2 months.

3. Presentation and first meeting: In the online application cycle, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment, many banks will organize campus presentations in universities in big cities across the country. The first interview (referred to as "initial test") will also be organized at the presentation site, and students with outstanding performance in the initial test will have the opportunity to obtain the online application pass of the bank (directly qualified for written test).

4. Written test: After the online application deadline, the bank will screen the candidates' resumes and finally determine the written test list. The written notice will be sent to the candidates by SMS, email, etc. 3 to 15 days before the exam.

5. Interview: After the written examination, each tier-one branch will organize an interview by itself. Due to the differences between different banks and different regions, the release time of interview notice is also very different.

6. Physical examination and signing: After the final interview, the bank will finalize the admission list according to the number of recruits and inform everyone to have a physical examination. After the physical examination, different branches will send the signing notice to 1 month three days later according to their own conditions, and candidates can finally enter the bank after signing the contract.
