Conditions for applying for directional recruitment positions in Yulin institutions in 2022

1. For directional recruitment of grassroots project service personnel, the applicants must be grassroots service personnel who have served in Yulin City for 2 years and have served or expired and passed the examination. Serving grassroots project personnel includes hiring college graduates to work in villages (including community party construction organizers and two new party construction organizers employed in grassroots posts), special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage, three support and one support plan, and college students' voluntary service plan for the west.

Retired military personnel with college graduates who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive) can apply for targeted recruitment positions for serving grassroots project personnel, and give priority to recruiting retired military personnel with college graduates from poor families under the same conditions.

2. The village (community) two committee members recruitment positions, must serve as a village committee for 3 years (including a total of 3 years), and on-the-job. You can only apply for positions in your county (city, district), but not across counties (cities, districts).

3. Recruiting retired military personnel, the candidates are officers, non-commissioned officers and conscripts of the China People's Liberation Army who have retired from active service according to law or police officers, police officers and conscripts of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force who have retired from active service according to law.

4. Recruit retired soldiers for college students. Applicants must have the dual identities of ordinary college graduates and retired soldiers.

5. To recruit dependents, applicants must be family members of garrison officers who have been approved as dependents within the municipal area, and they were non-public institutions before being dependents and have not yet become dependents.

6. Recruit graduates from poor families, and the applicants must be poor family members who have set up a file in Yulin City.

7. For the positions recruited by recent college graduates, the applicants must be recent college graduates, that is, students who have obtained higher education diplomas recognized by the state in 2022. Graduates of 2020, 20021in ordinary colleges and universities, who are enrolled by the state in a unified way, have not worked in the work unit within the two-year job-seeking period stipulated by the state, and their household registration, files and organizational relations still remain in the original graduate school, or work in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels, can apply as college graduates.

Those who have no work experience before participating in grass-roots service projects can apply for directional recruitment of fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities within 2 years after the expiration of service and passing the examination or within 1 year after the retired soldiers of college students leave the army.

8. Anyone who has been registered (hired) as a civil servant or staff member of a public institution (including those who have enjoyed preferential policies for targeted recruitment) or who has been registered (hired) to terminate the personnel relationship is no longer qualified to apply for targeted recruitment positions.
