I. Registered organization and scope of acceptance

The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers shall be determined by the county-level education administrative department. The qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualifications of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools shall be determined by the administrative departments of education of districts and cities.

China citizens who have not reached the statutory retirement age and meet one of the following conditions may apply for teacher qualification accreditation in the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institutions in our city:

1. Have local household registration;

2. Living in the local area and holding a valid local residence permit;

3. Full-time study in local colleges and universities;

4. Active servicemen or armed police stationed in local troops;

5. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold valid residence permits issued by local public security organs can apply for teacher qualifications at their places of residence, and hold Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for 5 years.

Second, the basic conditions of identification

To apply for the qualification of teachers in our city, we should meet the following basic conditions:

Abide by the constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality. If a teacher's qualification is revoked, he shall not re-apply for the teacher's qualification within 5 years from the date of revocation; Those who are deprived of political rights or have received criminal punishment of fixed-term imprisonment or above for intentional crimes cannot apply for teacher qualification.

Have good physical and psychological qualities, and can meet the needs of education and teaching. No infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, reaching the physical examination standard for teachers' qualification in Jiangsu Province, and passing the physical examination in the hospital designated by Zhenjiang Education Bureau or the municipal education administrative department under its jurisdiction. Physical examination standards and operating procedures shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualifications, the Notice of the Provincial Department of Education on Canceling the Detection of Hepatitis B Projects for Teachers' Qualifications, and the Notice of the Teacher Qualification Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standards for Kindergarten Teachers' Qualifications.

Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teachers Law.

1. Those who apply for the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers shall have a college degree or above;

2. Those who apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools shall have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;

3. Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should have graduated from ordinary secondary vocational schools or above, and have professional and technical positions of equivalent assistant engineer or above or technical level of intermediate and above workers.

The academic requirements of the above qualification categories are "graduation", and the "certificate of completion" and "certificate of completion" do not meet the academic requirements of teacher qualifications.

The level of Putonghua should reach the level standard of Putonghua proficiency test promulgated by the State Language Committee, and Chinese teachers, kindergarten teachers and teachers of Chinese as a foreign language should reach the level standard of Putonghua proficiency test. Phonetic teachers and professional teachers such as broadcasting, hosting and film and television drama performance should reach the first level. Applicants who have reached the age of 50 advocate the use of Putonghua and do not require a Putonghua certificate.

Non-normal students and normal students enrolled in or after 20 15 years should obtain a valid primary and secondary school teacher qualification certificate. The subject and section applying for teacher qualification should be consistent with the examination certificate. Normal students who entered school in or before 20 14 years can directly apply for teacher qualifications corresponding to their majors and study sections.

Third, determine the accepting institution.

According to the relevant provisions of the state and province, the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by the municipal education administrative department under the jurisdiction of our city.
