First, the interview and medical examination arrangements

1, interview time. Candidates attending the morning interview on Saturday, March 2nd at 20 13 should arrive at the National Development and Reform Commission (No.38 Yuetan South Street, Xicheng District, Beijing) before 7: 15, and candidates attending the afternoon interview should arrive at the main entrance of the National Development and Reform Commission before 12: 15. The list of candidates for morning and afternoon interviews is on February 27th.

3. medical examination arrangements. The physical examination time is the morning of March 20 1 year 13, and all candidates must come to the physical examination at the specified time. Candidates are requested to report to the reception room of the National Development and Reform Commission on time before 7: 30 am on March 1 Friday, and take the bus to the physical examination place. Items to be carried include: 2 one-inch bareheaded color photos of myself, with my name, application department and position marked on the back with a ballpoint pen. Please keep an empty stomach before physical examination, and pay attention to rest the day before physical examination. Don't stay up late, don't drink and avoid strenuous exercise. The registration place is located in the city center, and the traffic is congested. Please make proper arrangements so as not to be late. After the physical examination, candidates can have breakfast in the physical examination office with the physical examination form, and the expenses for the physical examination of candidates shall be borne by our Committee.

Second, interview grouping arrangement, interview confirmation and related issues

1, interview grouping arrangement. All candidates will be divided into 6 groups to participate in the morning or afternoon interview (the list of interview groups before the interview will be published on the website of our personnel department and posted in the interview waiting room, so please pay attention).

2. interview confirmation. Candidates participating in the interview should log in to our "Talent Selection System" (initial password 000000) from 8:00 on February 7, 20 13 to 20:00 on February 9, 20 13 to do the following work: 1, supplement personal information; 2. Confirm your participation in the interview. Candidates are responsible for the authenticity of the information submitted. Please check it carefully and click "Confirm Submit" (not "Save"). If the submitted materials are inconsistent with the registration, please explain the situation in the "Remarks" column, and we will compare them in the follow-up inspection. If the personal information is false, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

Candidates who intend to give up the interview qualification for personal reasons must confirm by fax before February 20, 20 10:00, 20 13, stating that they will voluntarily give up the interview for civil servants of the National Development and Reform Commission for 20 13 due to personal reasons. The lead unit is the Personnel Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and all of them are signed by their names. Candidates who intentionally give up the interview without telling them within the specified time will be recorded in their personal integrity files.

3. Examine the generation of candidates. According to the order of candidates' comprehensive scores from high to low, the candidates are determined in equal amounts. If the ratio between the number of employment plans and the number of people participating in the interview is less than 1:3, the interview results of the candidates should reach the average score of all the people interviewed by the interview examiner group on the same day before they can enter the investigation.

1. Candidates should bring materials. During the interview, candidates need to bring their ID card, admission ticket and student ID card (fresh graduates); On-the-job social workers are required to bring their degree, diploma and consent certificate issued by the unit (stamped with the official seal of the unit or the seal of the personnel department); The unit agrees that the application certificate must be issued according to the regulations. Please communicate with the unit in time. The company does not accept telephone consultation for such problems; International students are required to bring the certificate of returning from studying abroad and the certificate of foreign academic degree certification; Candidates who are "three supports and one support", "university student village officials", "western volunteers" and "special post plan teachers" should provide corresponding service certificates, organization certificates and appraisal forms. Please prepare another copy of the above information and submit it to the staff on the day of the interview.

2. Travel arrangements. According to the overall work arrangement of the interview, candidates from outside Beijing need to stay in Beijing for about 1 week. Please arrange your trip in advance and pay attention to your personal safety. The transportation, accommodation and expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. During the interview, we will send relevant information by SMS.
