Fushun Petrochemical Company is one of the only three first-class refining and chemical companies of China National Petroleum Corporation that is not listed on the stock market. It has total assets of 6 billion yuan, more than 22,000 employees, and has 9 production companies, 8 professional companies as well as two enterprise groups, Duijing and Collective. It is mainly engaged in extended processing of refining and chemical products, production of fine chemicals and non-oil chemical products, water supply, steam supply, power supply, engineering construction, inspection and maintenance, communications and daily logistics services. It is currently the largest petrochemical precious metal catalyst production base in my country.

During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, the company insisted on taking development as the first priority and reform as the first driving force, taking into account the speed of development, the intensity of reform, and the interests of employees. Fruitful results have been achieved in management innovation, corporate culture construction, and talent team building. It has successively constructed and completed a large number of key projects such as methyl ethyl ketone, UOP catalyst, BOPP, second-phase transformation of coal-to-oil replacement, capacity expansion of acrylic fiber and acrylonitrile, second-phase transformation of wax products, and acquisition of alcohol ether assets. In 2005, the main business income was 5 billion yuan, an increase of 4 times compared with 2000. The enterprise's industrial strength, economic aggregate and risk resistance capabilities have been significantly enhanced, forming a good situation of sustainable development, stability and harmony.

Company Introduction

Fushun Petrochemical Company is a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation . It is a wholly state-owned company and enjoys legal person property rights. Entrusted by the group company to operate, manage and supervise the relevant state-owned assets of its affiliated enterprises, exercise the rights of investors in accordance with the law, and assume the responsibility for maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.

Geographical location

Fushun Petrochemical Company is located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. The company's offices are located in the city center, and its directly affiliated enterprises are located in four districts of Fushun City, 30 kilometers apart from east to west. It has complete infrastructure, advanced communication facilities and convenient transportation. It is 430 kilometers away from Dalian Port, 260 kilometers away from Yingkou Bayuquan Port, and 50 kilometers away from Shenyang Taoxian Airport.

Historical evolution

The company was established in 1982 with the approval of the State Economic Commission and was originally affiliated to China Petrochemical Corporation. After the reorganization of the two major petroleum and petrochemical groups in 1998, they were placed under the China National Petroleum Corporation. In November 1999, according to the strategic plan of CNPC's reorganization and restructuring, Fushun Petrochemical was divided into two parts: listed and unlisted. The listed part was PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company, and the unlisted part was PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company. In January 2000, the two companies officially separated and operated.

As of the end of 2005, the company's total assets were 6 billion yuan. It has jurisdiction over 9 production enterprises, 8 professional companies, and two enterprise groups, Duojing and Collective. There are 22,000 registered employees and 12,000 employees in collective enterprises.

Equipment and production capacity

There are more than 40 sets of major production equipment, including: acrylic fiber 55,000 tons/year, acrylonitrile 80,000 tons/year, methyl ethyl ketone 55,000 tons/year, Catalyst 4,700 tons/year, BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene plastic film) 20,000 tons/year, wax products 25,000 tons/year, alcohol ether series products 50,000 tons/year, etc.

The main products

include catalysts, acrylic fiber, acrylonitrile, methyl ethyl ketone, military special lubricants and greases, clay, white oil, plastic products, detergents, wax products and water, There are more than a dozen series and more than 100 kinds of electric and steam power products. The company is currently my country's largest petrochemical precious metal catalyst production base, and its six major series of catalysts have a combined domestic market share of 46%.
