Let's analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this job:

Advantages:

1. The salary is high. Needless to say, since the other party said "open salary", it will at least provide salary income not lower than that of ordinary similar positions in the market.

2. Freedom of time. It can be seen that you almost only need to teach children from Monday to Friday afternoon to evening, so the previous time can be freely controlled, which is very precious. You know, a lot of work takes up 8- 10 hours of your day. Many people who have no foresight give up self-study after work, and then basically buy out their own development.

3. Potential personal benefits. Since you are a child who teaches the rich, it is certainly no problem to know the rich. The key is that the friends of the rich must also be rich. As long as you teach well, there will be no other benefits (don't get me wrong ~)

Disadvantages:

1.JD (job description) said to sign a full-time contract, so will it hinder everyone from finding more suitable development opportunities?

2. Possible interpersonal isolation. Since you are teaching a child, you must work in a rich man's house. Maybe you will know the housekeeper of the rich? Driver? But you will certainly have no colleagues who do the same job as you, and you will have no chance to be promoted to management. In addition, will the skills to survive in the traditional workplace decline?

3. The sustainability of this job. Children's growth has its own rules. Will children receive this kind of counseling when they grow up to high school or college? If this job is over, can you promise to keep looking for the same kind of job?

4. Other potential problems.

This recruitment demand also reminds me of an "old news" in July last year: the post-80 s couple offered a monthly salary of 30,000 to 50,000 to invite a tutor to play with their children. The emergence of similar news shows the following problems:

1. Business opportunities. It turns out that the rich in China have a great demand for "high-end tutoring" (let's just call it this name). Then if someone can assemble a group of excellent people to meet the needs of the rich class (or the nouveau riche class), he must be very rich.

2. Social stratum differentiation. This is a cliche, so I won't repeat it here. These days, parents in Shanghai are vying for a family association, and the old news of recruiting full-time private preschool education a few years ago is the embodiment of this trend in the field of education.

3. Diversified transformation of educational ideas. From the simple provision of public primary schools-public junior high schools-public senior high schools to the emergence of various private schools and private schools, parents in China began to have more and more ideas and practices on education.
