In 2013, the school recruited more than 30 teachers, some of whom are subject leaders and key teachers across the country and districts and counties in Beijing, and some of whom are outstanding master's and doctoral students selected from universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua, Renmin University, Beijing Normal University, and Beijing Foreign Studies University. graduate. According to reports, teacher recruitment is very strict. After preliminary screening during registration, applicants must also participate in interviews, written tests and lectures. The first lecture is "Lecture Talk". After selecting questions on the spot, the candidates have to introduce how they design a class to more than 10 teachers. For the second lecture, the candidates have to give a trial lecture in the class. The judges are composed of the principal, the teaching team leader of each subject, the lesson preparation team leader and key teachers. After their respective scores, the best ones are selected. After passing these assessments, the principal will meet with each applicant to understand their overall qualities.
