I still remember that May 12 this year happened to be the "Second Anniversary of Wenchuan Earthquake". The disaster was commemorated in different forms all over the country, and disaster prevention warnings sounded in the streets. When people saw the photos of buildings collapsed after the earthquake in the disaster area, their feelings for me (a practitioner who just engaged in the construction industry) were imaginable, which also aroused my determination to engage in real estate construction, and my friends encouraged me to come here firmly. On this day, I passed the building manager with child labor. Taizhou is a beautiful land full of vitality everywhere. Taizhou Hengbang Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a new starting point of my career, because this newly established real estate development company is still registered and won the plot of the third food market in duqiao town, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the company and every employee.

May is the starting point of the journey, and five people from the engineering department started their respective jobs. Lou is always the engineering director, Manager Zhou is the engineering manager, Xie Gong is responsible for strong and weak electricity, child labor is responsible for civil engineering, I am responsible for water supply and drainage, and the leaders are very kind. The first is to be familiar with the design scheme of "Wanbang International Center". Personally, I will focus on water supply and drainage. The basement is the future parking lot and equipment room, the first to third floors above ground are hotels and commercial rooms, and the fourth to twenty-second floors are residential areas. In the next two or three years, this modern high-grade community will attract the attention of countless people with its comprehensive advantages of beauty, warmth, comfort, complete functions and convenient transportation.

The second thing, with the summary of common quality defects in construction projects, we have consulted various versions of common quality defects in construction projects and their prevention, including those summarized by local and Hangzhou construction engineering quality supervision stations. It is very necessary to classify some nodes prone to quality problems into professional categories for the formulation of the general contract of our Wanbang International Center project in the future, the control of the quality objectives of the project, the rectification of unqualified processes, the effective management of the general contractor and the assurance of evidence.

The third thing, the determination of waterfront planning. Under the coordination of Director Li of the Engineering Department, the water supply company agreed to open a port dn 100 at the end of the municipal water supply pipe network of Dubei Road to lead to the fence in the northwest corner of the construction site.
