(1) Registration

(2) Organizing examinations

The examination consists of two parts: written examination and interview.

1, written test.

2. Interview.

3. Results query

The written test score and interview score are combined to calculate the total score, each accounting for 50%, that is, the total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

The total score will be announced within 3 days after the end of the examination, and at the same time, it will be announced on the Yidu municipal government portal website and the municipal administrative service center network. Candidates should pay attention to consulting and informing each other without notice.

(3) Examination and review

According to the total score of the exam, from high score to low score, 3 counselors and 2 secretaries are determined. The evaluation is conducted by consulting personal files or field investigation. In any of the following circumstances, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the total score will be replenished from high to low.

1, qualification examination. If the certificate is fraudulent or the qualification conditions do not meet the recruitment requirements, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled.

Those who pass the medical examination. (5) Personnel identification and publicity

Four. Employment management and treatment

The salary of employees consists of two parts: basic salary and incentive salary. The basic salary is paid monthly, and the incentive salary is paid quarterly after assessment.
