II. Contents of Vocational Education

Article 2 of the Vocational Education Law stipulates that vocational education as mentioned in this Law refers to the purpose of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel and equipping the educated to engage in Education for a certain occupation or the professional ethics, scientific culture and professional knowledge, technical skills and other comprehensive professional qualities and action abilities required to achieve career development, including vocational school education and vocational training.

Usually those who participate in vocational education are relatively young, and many are even minors. 3. Forms and channels of education

Higher vocational school education is implemented by higher vocational schools and ordinary colleges and universities at the junior college, undergraduate and above education levels. According to the regulations on the establishment of higher vocational schools, qualified technician colleges will be included in the sequence of higher vocational schools.

The Vocational Education Law also makes special provisions for vocational education for persons with disabilities, and stipulates special education subsidies for special education teachers.
