3. Recruitment conditions

4. Recruitment Principles

5. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration and qualification review. Adopt on-site registration method. Applicants must provide originals and copies of graduation certificate, employment registration certificate, teacher qualification certificate, resident ID card (household registration book), certificate of original employer and other information, as well as five recent color one-inch bareheaded photos. Each applicant can only apply for one position in one unit. After the employer conducts a preliminary qualification review (the Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for reviewing and certifying academic qualifications, and issuing written opinions for archiving for future reference), fill out the "Zhuozhou Municipal Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Registration Form" (downloadable, in triplicate) and apply for recruitment. The passing score line for the written examination is determined by the Municipal Recruitment Office based on the recruitment quota and written examination results. The interview (lecturing) candidates are determined according to the ratio of 3:1 between the people participating in the interview (lecturing) and the recruitment quota from high scores to low scores. .
The results of the written test and candidates for the interview (lecture) will be announced before July 5.
(3) Interview (lecture). It is organized by the Municipal Recruitment Office. The interviews (lectures) will be conducted in batches according to the position. The interview (lecture) score will be 100 points, accounting for 50% of the total score. The time and location of the interview (lecture) shall be subject to the "Interview Notice".
The interview (lecture) groups are arranged in a serpentine shape, and the scoring method adopts the gymnastic scoring method. Each interview (lecture) evaluation group is composed of seven examiners. The examiners are external experts. Interview (lecture) questions are formulated by the examiner in a closed state based on the requirements of each position and the basic skills that should be mastered.
Each interview (lecture) room is equipped with a disciplinary inspection and supervision personnel to conduct on-site supervision and implement entry management to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the interview (lecture) work.
The interview (lecture) for the same position and the same group is over, and the interview (lecture) results will be announced.
Personal total score = (basic knowledge score of the company, professional ability test score) ÷ 2 × 50 interview score × 50.
(4) Physical examination. Based on the total results, the list of physical examination candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 between the recruitment quota and the number of people participating in the physical examination. The physical examination is organized by the Municipal Recruitment Office and designated by a hospital at or above the county (city) level. The physical examination standards refer to the general physical examination standards for civil servants. Those who fail the physical examination will be supplemented by the total score from high to low. If the total scores are the same, the candidate with the higher interview (lecture) score will be ranked first. If the interview (lecture) score is still the same, the city recruitment office will submit the decision to the superior for approval. . The time and place of the physical examination and the list of physical examination personnel will be announced at the same time.
(5) Inspection and assessment. The Municipal Recruitment Office organizes relevant personnel of the employer to inspect and assess the ideological and political performance, moral character, etc. of the candidates to be recruited by reviewing files, holding discussions, etc., and reviews the qualifications of the candidates. (6) Public announcement. The Municipal Recruitment Office will announce the list of personnel to be recruited in a timely manner, and it will be announced to all employers and the Municipal People's Insurance Bureau at the same time. The publicity period is 7 working days.
(7) Sign an employment contract. After the announcement is over, those who have no objections to the announcement (those who have objections need to be investigated) will be issued an employment notice by the Municipal Recruitment Office, and go to the relevant departments to go through the relevant procedures. The legal representative of the employer or his client signs an employment contract with the employee based on the employment notice, and promptly goes to the Municipal People's Insurance Bureau to handle authentication and related procedures to determine the personnel relationship.
Open recruitment, a probation period system is implemented in accordance with regulations. The probation period for first-time employees is one year, and the probation period for other personnel is 6 months (the probation period for those without teacher qualification certificates is extended to one year, and the probation period will be extended to one year for those without teacher qualification certificates.
