The whole city of Nanjing has basically developed from east to west, and the main city is basically saturated. Next, it will focus on the development in the north-south direction. In the era of higher and higher housing prices, it is an inevitable trend of urbanization that residential areas are far away from the main city. Lishui has rapid transportation modes such as subway and high-speed rail, so it will be late for the great development but will not be absent.

As a frequent visitor to several cities around Nanjing, I personally feel that Lishui has a bright future.

Nanjing pays more attention to the connection between Lishui and the main city, and a large amount of construction funds are also pouring in.

However, just like the downtown area of Nanjing, units at all levels are full of impetuous atmosphere, and most of the investments lack reasonable planning and arrangement, resulting in few large-scale projects actually implemented.

Almost half of Lishui in Lishui Development Zone, Tang Zhe, Shiqiu, Baima and Dongping are in the process of demolition and construction, lacking or seemingly focusing, but none of them has really become the focus, or the higher decision-making level is also in the experimental stage of casting a net.

The population base itself is not high, Nanjing's talent siphon effect, Lishui lacks the ability to retain talents. The actual development potential can't catch up with all the districts in the main city and Liuhe, but it can only be said that it is ok.

Personally, Lishui has three major actions in the past ten years:

1, Lishui withdrew from the county to set up a district-leading to the promotion of regional status.

2. Ning Hang High-speed Railway, a passage connecting Nanjing, Liyang and Hangzhou, was completed and opened to traffic.

3. Ning Gaoning light rail construction is completed-it is more convenient to go to the main city, and the Airport New Town will drive the construction.

The whole city of Nanjing basically develops from east to west, and the main urban area is basically saturated, followed by expansion from north to south.

As the southern part of Nanjing, which is farther south than Jiangning, Lishui will appear more and more in people's field of vision with the above three actions.

However, personally, Jiangning Club, which owns Pukou Liuhe in Jiangbei New District and Nanjing South Station in University Town, will develop before Lishui.

However, this does not mean that Lishui will not develop. In the era of higher and higher housing prices, it is an inevitable trend of urbanization that residential areas are far away from the main city. Lishui, as a virgin land without large-scale development, has rapid modes of transportation such as subway and high-speed rail, and the development will be late but will not be absent.

Secondly, the old concept of six cities, four suburbs and five counties in Nanjing still exists.

There is an airport new city in the north of Lishui, which is one of the three major hubs in Nanjing.

As a region of Ning Hang Economic Belt, Lishui has high-speed railway station in China, which makes Lishui a just-needed location.

In addition, four commercial centers headed by Wanda will open this year, including Jinling Middle School, Fu You West Street Primary School and Taiping Lane Kindergarten Lishui Branch, and many universities will be introduced.

Lishui is a municipal district of Nanjing. Nanjing has little development potential in the east-west direction, and it is an inevitable trend to expand south and north. Lishui has developed rapidly in recent years, and the goal of facing the deputy city has been gradually promoted. But it is still too early to reach the level of the main city.

Whether the future airport convention and exhibition town will look at the whole country like Shanghai Hongqiao feels a little possible.
