What is it like for non-real estate professionals to work as builders in real estate companies? Is there any development?

Real estate contractors are generally called development specialists in formal real estate companies, that is, they go through the relevant procedures for real estate projects. This job is a very important position in a real estate company, and the salary should be slightly higher than other departments at the same level.

Generally, I spend a lot of time running outside, and I also need to do some data sorting work in the office. Companies usually send cars to the office when they go out, and sometimes office vehicles can't be reimbursed by taxi.

This job does not need much professional knowledge, as long as you master the common sense of real estate, mainly in planning, such as land area, net land area, building area, plot ratio, greening rate, building density and so on.

This work runs through the whole project process, not just the early stage of the project, such as the completion of the project and related completion filing procedures. Generally, the projects of real estate companies should last for more than one year.

It doesn't matter if we follow the formal procedures. Now the government departments have regulations on the processing time, and the information is complete within a few days, but it is good to be familiar with the personnel of relevant departments.

Things will be smoother, but these are personal relationships accumulated at work. Even if you have some connections, there are too many departments involved in real estate projects, and no one can be familiar with them.

Personally, I feel that there is more room for development than administrative clerks. What has more room for development in real estate companies is project management and marketing planning.
