1. Recruitment targets

2. Recruitment positions

3. Recruitment Conditions
(1) Basic Conditions
1. Have good political quality, professionalism and moral cultivation, abide by laws and regulations, and have good character correct.
2. Hold the corresponding teacher qualification certificate.
3. Age: Master’s degree graduates are under 30 years old and born after January 1, 1993 (inclusive).
Doctoral graduates should be under 35 years old and born after January 1, 1988 (inclusive).
4. Professional counterpart, physically and mentally healthy, and capable of meeting the job requirements.
5. Graduates from non-Beijing sources must meet the requirements for settling in Beijing.
6. Comply with the relevant provisions of the avoidance system.
(2) Specific conditions
1. Master’s and doctoral graduates and outbound postdoctoral students in 2023: Master’s and doctoral graduates are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding targeted and commissioned training) , postdoctoral fellows will leave the station normally in 2023.
2. Master’s and doctoral graduates in 2022 who have not confirmed their job placement within the career selection period: those who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and commissioned training) and have not confirmed their job placement within the career selection period stipulated by the state units, their household registration, personnel files, and organizational relationships remain in the original school where they graduated, or remain in the graduate employment authorities at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and public employment services at all levels institution, and did not pay social insurance during the job selection period.

IV. Recruitment work arrangements
(1) Announcement
From February 24 to March 6, 2023, on the Beijing Chaoyang District Government website, The website of Beijing Chaoyang District Educational Talent Service Center publishes a recruitment announcement.
(2) Acceptance of registration
1. Submit registration application on site
Time: from now until 17:00 on March 7, 2023 (Tuesday).

Each person is limited to applying for one position, and the identity document used during registration and examination must be consistent, otherwise all registration qualifications for this recruitment will be cancelled.
2. Submit materials
Applicants can download the "Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Master's, Doctoral Graduates, and Outbound Postdoctoral Fellows by Public Institutions Affiliated to the Chaoyang District Education Commission of Beijing" from the announcement (Attachment 1 ), fill in the true and valid registration information, and paste the photo in the designated position in the upper right corner of the registration form.
(1) Master's and doctoral graduates in 2023 submit a recommendation form for college graduates (stamped by the employment department of the graduating school, clearly indicating the graduate's place of origin, academic qualifications, academic system and graduation time, as well as training Method of unified admission and unified points, non-directional, etc.), transcripts of all courses taken (stamped by the academic affairs department of the graduating school), and social security rights records from the master's and doctoral studies to the present.

(3) Master's and doctoral students who have returned from studying abroad should submit the first page of the household registration book (card), personal page, and the Ministry of Education Certified academic degree materials (academic qualification certification is issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education), archive certificate issued by the archives storage institution, and social security rights record form from January 2022 to the present;
(4) Personal ID card;
(5) My teacher qualification certificate;
(6) Two recent 2-inch ID photos of myself without a hat;

(3) Qualification review
The recruiting unit will conduct a preliminary review of the qualifications of the applicants, and the Chaoyang District Education Talent Service Center will conduct a qualification re-examination.
(4) Exam Arrangements
1. Written Examination
Applicants who pass the qualification review will have a written examination organized by the Chaoyang District Education Committee.
Specific requirements and arrangements such as time, location and method will be notified later.
The total score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points.
The written test results will be announced by the recruiting unit.
The qualified candidates will be interviewed in order from high to low, with a ratio of 1:5 for each position.
If the number of people who pass the qualifying line does not reach the 1:5 ratio, each recruiting unit will conduct interviews based on the actual number of people who pass the qualifying line.
If the shortlisted candidates give up the interview, they will be interviewed in order from high to low.
2. Assessment interview
The recruitment unit will organize and arrange the assessment interview in terms of professional quality, teacher ethics, psychological quality, professional knowledge level, etc. The total interview score is 100 points. , the passing score is 60 points.
The assessment and interview results will be announced by the recruiting unit.
The recruiting unit determines the overall score of the applicant based on the weight ratio requirements of the written test and assessment interview (the candidate’s comprehensive score = 40% of the written test score + 60% of the assessment interview score), based on the recruitment position and the number of people to be recruited 1 :1 ratio, and those who will enter the physical examination stage will be determined based on their comprehensive scores from high to low.
(5) Physical examination
The recruiting unit will organize a unified physical examination for those entering the physical examination stage. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the time will be notified separately.
The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the participants themselves.
(6) Inspection
The recruiting unit will inspect the candidates who have passed the physical examination. The inspection content includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, compliance with discipline and law, professional ability, and work performance of the applicants. etc.
If a job vacancy occurs during the inspection process, qualified candidates for the same position will be filled in order from high to low in terms of comprehensive scores.
Replacement personnel must participate in a physical examination and will be inspected after passing the physical examination.
(7) Publicizing the list of personnel to be hired
The status of the personnel to be hired will be published on the website of the Beijing Chaoyang District Educational Talent Service Center for 7 working days.
If there is no objection to the announcement, the recruitment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
The starting salary time for hired personnel shall be subject to the time of registration procedures.
V. Other instructions
(1) Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Applicants must provide complete, true and valid personal information as well as relevant certificates, documents and other materials.
Anyone who provides forged materials, commits fraud, or violates procedures will be immediately disqualified upon verification, and those who have gone through the recruitment procedures will be returned to the graduation institution or workstation, and will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
